FAQ’s

Little Miracles Postnatal Care Services – Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you offer your services?
I provide in-home postnatal care across Cessnock, Kurri Kurri, Maitland, Greta, Branxton, Singleton, Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and surrounding suburbs.

 How much do visits cost?

Each 3 hour visit is $150, with flexible payment options available to suit your family’s needs and budget. My goal is to make support accessible and stress-free during this precious (and often overwhelming) season.

Do you offer breastfeeding support?

Yes! Supporting parents with feeding is something I truly care about. I offer gentle guidance, practical tips, and reassurance to help make your breastfeeding journey smoother.
If you ever need more specialised help, I can connect you with trusted local lactation consultants and health professionals in your area.

I prefer formula feeding — is that okay?

Absolutely. However you choose to feed your baby is completely your choice, and I’ll support you wholeheartedly. What matters most is that you and your baby are happy, healthy, and thriving.

Can you collect groceries or pharmacy items?

Yes, I can! I’m happy to pick up groceries, prescriptions, or essentials on my way to your home, so you can stay comfortable and focus on rest and recovery.

Do you prepare meals?

I do! I can cook hearty dinners, light lunches, or nourishing snacks to keep you fuelled through the week.
If you’d like, I can also help with meal planning, shopping lists, or grocery collection before I arrive.

Will you help around the house too?

Of course — I encourage it! You’re welcome to nap, shower, enjoy a meal, or simply take a quiet moment to yourself.
If you’d prefer to chat or share company, that’s perfectly fine too. This is your time to recharge — in whatever way feels best for you.

Can you help with lunch prep for school-aged kids?

Yes! I know how busy mornings can be, so I’m happy to prepare snacks, sandwiches, or baked treats to make your week easier.
Let’s make mornings less stressful — and maybe even allow time for that peaceful coffee.

Will you help around the house too?

Yes — I can manage light household tasks such as dishes, laundry, changing bed linen, tidying, and refreshing towels. My goal is to help your home feel peaceful, organised, and calm.

What if I just need someone to talk to?

That’s completely okay. Sometimes, a kind ear and gentle reassurance are exactly what you need.

What People Says
Genna is a gem! She helped me gain so much confidence and gave me the education and tools to help me feed my LO while we were starting baby-led weaning! It takes a village to raise a child, and I'm so happy that Genna was part of mine.
